Goodbye Dust, Allergens, and Dirt

      At CNL Janitorial, we use a 2 step process for carpet cleaning. First we do a deep scrub where a rotary machine is fitted with a special soft bristle brush made specifically for deep scrubbing carpet fibers. As this brush rotates, a cleaning solution is fed down through the bristles into the dirty carpet to scrub deep and loosen the dirt, soil ,spots, spills, oils, pet stains, smoke etc. that are bound to the carpet fibers. The cleaning properties of this solution along with the weight of the machine and the friction of the brush loosen much more soil than a standard carpet steam cleaning can.

      The next step involves hot water extraction, commonly referred to as steam cleaning.  The carpet dirt soil, spots, spills etc. that the deep scrub has broken free from the carpet fibers are now rinsed and flushed out of the carpet along with the cleaning solution that was used to do so, leaving the carpet thoroughly rinsed and free from all contaminants. A powerful suction then extracts deep-down dirt, allergens, cleaning solution and moisture in the carpet, leaving it better than before.
